“Writers should break a pen. Let actors break a leg. I’d rather spill ink than blood.”

About the Writer.

“Quiet, please. I’m thinking. This is my thinking hat.”

I studied screenwriting at NYU, USC and at writers’ conferences in New York, Los Angeles and Hawaii. My B.A. is from University of Colorado at Boulder.

I won a John Hughes Award (2nd Place) for Mason Figg On the Run (comedy/live action or animation).

I was nominated for a Fade In Award for The Zen of Otto (thriller with a soul/comedy); and for a Filmmatic Award for The Devil Plays Bingo (horror/comedy).

My recent projects include: Hula (dramedy/LGBTQ); Blue Moon (action comedy/fantasy); and Mayday Sings for Her Supper (comedy/live action or animation).

Also in the mix are Take Me to Tallulah’s (dark comedy); I’ve Got Headshots (thriller/comedy); and Tennis + Guacamole (sports-adjacent/comedy).
